Ttea offers a variety of tea options, including green tea, black tea, oolong tea, and herbal teas. You can choose based on your personal taste preferences:

2. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and send for shipping within 1-3 business days . You will receive a shipping notification via email, including a tracking number. Please note that holidays and peak seasons may cause delays in shipping. You may read more about these in Shipping Policy page.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on our Track Order page.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your country or region. You can select your country/region at checkout, and the system will display the correct shipping costs.

We offer free shipping on all orders over 50$ and we charge 10$ shipping cost up to 50$ order amount.

5. What should I do if my tea is damaged or lost?
If your tea is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will offer a return or replacement service to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.

6. Can I return or exchange my tea?
We offer a 14-day no-hassle return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your tea, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. Please ensure the product is unopened and in its original packaging. For more information, please refer to our "Return and Exchange Policy."

7. How should I store my tea?
To maintain the freshness and aroma of your tea, store it in a cool, dry, and dark place. It’s best to keep your tea in a sealed container to avoid moisture and contamination from other smells. If the tea has already been opened, we recommend consuming it within 3 months.

8. How do I brew the tea?
Different types of tea require different brewing methods. You can refer to our Brewing Guide to learn the optimal temperature and steeping time for each tea. Our customer service team is also available to provide personalized brewing advice.

9. Are your teas organic?
Most of our teas are sourced from renowned tea regions in China, carefully selected to ensure premium quality. We are also in the process of introducing more organic tea options. You can find detailed information about each tea on its product page.

10. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we offer gift packaging. You can select the gift wrapping option during checkout, and we will beautifully package your tea, making it the perfect gift for friends and family.
